The City of Forest Grove announces the 2023 Community Enhancement Program (CEP) grants. This program is open to non-profit organizations, schools, or local government for projects that have a positive impact on our community. If you are part of a local organization that is working on a project or program that fits these criteria, we encourage you to apply for one of our CEP grants. Together, we can make a real difference in our community.
