On Wednesday, November 9, 2022, 27-year-old Joshua A. Wesley was released from a local hospital. Deputies transported Wesley to the Washington County Jail where they were booked on the following charges:
- Assault on a Public Safety Officer
- Attempted Theft in the first degree x2
- Robbery in the third degree
- Probation Violation
