Oregon Education Association issued the following announcement.
When: Wednesday, April 27, 2022 · 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Newly arrived immigrants often arrive with unique challenges: limited experience with English, academic gaps, and may not be on grade level in their home language. This session will focus on secondary students and offer suggestions for supporting these students’ academic and social-emotional growth. Live closed captions will be provided and 1 PDU is available for attending.
