On September 8, Governor Kate Brown ordered flags to be lowered to half-staff in honor and remembrance of Queen Elizabeth II. In accordance with the White House Flag Directive and U.S. Flag Code, flags were to return to full-staff yesterday at sunset following her interment. Any Oregon public institution with flags still at half-staff should return them to full-staff today.
