City of Forest Grove issued the following announcement on May 17.
The landscape of Council Street looks a bit different now with the absence of the Engineering Building. Currently, sewer and water line installation and soil testing are taking place.
Council Street remains open to through traffic, but please continue to expect intermittent street closures throughout the duration of this project. We appreciate the community's patience and understanding as the City continues to grow to meet everyone's needs.
