Of the 8,912 people living in Cedar Hills in 2019, 51 percent (4,548) were women and 49 percent (4,364) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the West PDX Today.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 2,906-to-2,682. In the 65 and over age range, there were 627 females and 594 males.
