The Oregon School Activities Association announced on Mar. 18 the All-State girls wrestling teams for the 2025-2026 season, following the conclusion of state championships.

The announcement recognizes top-performing athletes from across Oregon high schools, highlighting their achievements during the recent wrestling season. The OSAA selected first, second, third, and honorable mention squads for each classification based on results at the state tournament.

For the 6A/5A division, standout wrestlers such as Aileen Paniagua of North Salem and Sofia Patterson of Lincoln were named to the First Team in their respective weight classes. Other notable First Team selections include Lauren Echeverria from Crook County and Marlina Martinez from McNary. The Second and Third Teams feature athletes from a wide range of schools including Dallas, Gresham, Lebanon, Newberg, North Medford, Caldera, Barlow, Mountain View, and more. Honorable mentions were also awarded to numerous competitors who demonstrated strong performances throughout the season.

In the 4A/3A/2A/1A classifications, Eden Ridgley of Harrisburg and Kiya Roe of Rainier led their weight classes on the First Team. Additional honorees include Paxton Steele (Harrisburg), Hadley Gunderson (Burns), Emmalee Brissette (Oakridge), Bailey Chafin (Sweet Home), Lexie Newman (Brookings-Harbor), and others representing schools across smaller communities in Oregon. Second and Third Teams as well as honorable mentions recognized a broad group of student-athletes for their efforts during the year.

The full list of honorees is available through OSAA’s official channels. The recognition aims to celebrate individual excellence while promoting continued participation in girls wrestling statewide.

As interest in girls wrestling continues to grow in Oregon high schools, these annual All-State selections highlight both established talent and emerging athletes who may shape future seasons.
