Former Beaverton High School standout Indie Browning and the Montana State Billings Yellowjackets were defeated 63-36 by the Central Washington Wildcats on Friday, March 13, in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The matchup, which tipped off at 6 p.m. in Nicholson Arena, marked their opening game against the Central Washington Wildcats in the tournament.
These former West Portland area high school athletes are set to compete on Tuesday, April 14.
Clackamas High School captured its first Traditional title at this year’s OSAA dance/drill championships held at Salem Pavilion. New teams joined returning contenders across multiple categories while longtime coach Anne Ellett was honored for six decades of leadership.
