Former Jesuit High School standout Calvin Martinez and his Lewis & Clark Pioneers were defeated 22-4 by the Denison Big Red in their NCAA Division III baseball game held Tuesday, March 17, at 3 p.m.
Huston Sports Complex was the venue for the contest, marking the Pioneers’ first meeting with Denison this season.
Martinez pitched for two innings during the game.
The Pioneers are set to play again Saturday, March 21, at 12 p.m. at Huston Sports Complex, facing the Whitman Blues.
