The CMS Athenas, featuring former Jesuit High School standout Audrey Bayless, were defeated 70-54 by the Whitman Blues on Friday, March 6, in NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament play.
Tip-off at Mabee Complex was at 5:30 p.m. for the first tournament meeting between the Athenas and Whitman Blues.
These former West Portland area high school athletes are set to compete on Tuesday, April 14.

Oregon’s high school baseball season began with upsets for several reigning champions and standout individual achievements across multiple teams. Pitchers like Jaxon Pelham, Tyson Smith, and Brandon Yee posted impressive numbers during opening games as underdog schools made strong starts.
